About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Network Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our staff augmentation firm, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and expertise in the field of Unified Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Level 3 Support: Provide advanced technical support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express, including planning, upgrading, and testing.
  • System Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of upgrades to version 15 for the above systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Conduct in-depth troubleshooting of Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express.
  • Cisco Video Server Configuration: Configure and maintain Cisco video servers, including VCS and Expressway.
  • Oracle SBC and ECB: Possess working knowledge of Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC) and Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB).
  • Cisco Video Endpoints: Have working knowledge of Cisco Video endpoints.
Preferred Skills
  • Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC): Experience with configuration and operation/maintenance of Oracle SBC.
  • Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB): Experience with configuration and operation/maintenance of Oracle ECB.
  • Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor: Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor.
  • PSTN Telephone Integration with TEAMS: Experience with integrating PSTN telephone with TEAMS.
  • Level 3 Engineer Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a level 3 engineer in Unified Communications products.
