Job Description

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cisco Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing Level 3 BAU support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express. This includes planning, upgrading, and testing these systems before August 2024.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active participation in the planning and upgrading of Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express to version 15.
  • Level 3 troubleshooting of these systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Configuration and maintenance of Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB is preferred.
  • Experience with configuration and operation/maintenance of Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC), Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB), and Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor is a plus.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Level 3 engineer in the mentioned products.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco video endpoints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
