Exhibition Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Accordex. As an Exhibition Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and exhibitions. Your primary duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment
- Managing event schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Communicating with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful event execution
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Computer and technology knowledge, including Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Area of work experience in conference centres, convention centres, or trade associations
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in event planning or a related field
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative
