Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Accordex. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing exhibitions and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate exhibition logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
  • Develop and manage exhibition budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality exhibitions and events.
  • Manage and coordinate transportation and travel arrangements for exhibition staff and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in exhibition coordination or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
