Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Accordex. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating exhibition events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate exhibition events, including setup, logistics, and teardown.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, and team player skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in exhibition coordination or a related field.
  • Knowledge of computer and technology applications.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
