Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Accordex. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating exhibition events, managing logistics, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate exhibition events, including setup, registration, and tear-down
  • Manage logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and catering
  • Develop and implement event marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure event success
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in event management or a related field is an asset
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
