About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Task Management and Coordination: Organize and assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Staff Development and Training: Train and mentor team members on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
