About the Role

FMI Atlantic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring that expenses are controlled and revenue is maximized.
    • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
