Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase sales.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all stock is up-to-date and accurately recorded.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting.
