About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our courier services and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve productivity.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate Effectively: Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
