Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate and plan daily operations, including scheduling and budgeting
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Assist with payroll administration, including processing and reconciliations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train and support staff members as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
