Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and supporting the embedding of business strategies, providing guidance on workforce planning, team restructures, and succession planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership teams to understand key business priorities and HR implications;
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance HR processes and policies across all levels of the organization;
  • Execute annual HR programs and processes in areas such as attraction, compensation, performance management, and employee development;
  • Administer monthly reports, HR file administration, payroll, benefits, and policy implementation;
  • Optimize current HR processes, policies, and programs based on industry best practices;
  • Advise managers on legal compliance matters, including provincial legislation and collective agreements;
  • Leverage internal and external professional networks to achieve better talent and HR outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field;
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR tools;
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
  • Strong trouble-shooting skills with ability to put solutions into place within a self-directed environment;
  • Be able to build strong relationships with the organization as the trusted source for all HR-related matters.
Benefits:

Zepp Health offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide excellent benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
