Job Summary

We seek a Human Resources Strategist to lead the People and Culture organization, managing and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will serve as an employee relations expert, developing policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and Leading Teams: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Employee Relations Expertise: Provide guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Design and maintain industry-leading performance management systems, fostering continuous growth and improvement.
  • Talent Development: Drive the company's recruiting and talent development strategy, focusing on leadership development and succession planning.
  • Employee Experience: Oversee initiatives enhancing employee experience, including continuous learning opportunities and well-being programs.
Requirements

To be successful, the Human Resources Strategist should possess:

  • At least 6 years of experience in HR/People & Culture, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of recruiting, employer branding, talent development, performance management, compensation planning, total rewards, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
  • A proven track record of taking a collaborative, growth-oriented, and data-driven approach to solving people-related problems.
  • The maturity and confidence to advise senior executives and advocate for positions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, motivating teams to achieve peak performance.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
