Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Hillside Mountain Management Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 employees, providing training and development opportunities, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure optimal performance
  • Oversight of the analysis of employee data and information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
