Administrative Coordinator Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator Lead to join our team at AV Locky Immigration Solutions Inc. in Toronto, Canada.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff. Additionally, they will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and be willing to train.
About the Work EnvironmentThis role is located in a private sector consulting firm in Toronto, Canada. The company is willing to relocate and covers relocation costs. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
About the Tasks- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
- Coach
- Monitor and evaluate
The successful candidate will supervise 11-15 people.
About Computer and Technology KnowledgeProficiency in spreadsheet software such as MS Excel and Google Drive is required.
