Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at AV Locky Immigration Solutions Inc.
About the Role- This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek.
- The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
- You will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and delegating tasks to office support staff.
- Additionally, you will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
- You will also assemble data, prepare reports, and perform data entry.
- Furthermore, you will train staff, oversee office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations.
