We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to drive business expansion in the Ottawa area. As a trusted advisor, you'll develop and execute customer account strategies, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer account strategies aligned with key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability.
  • Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers, deeply understanding their business needs and aligning them with our solutions.
  • Project manage and problem solve to drive outcomes inter-departmentally for the customer.
  • Provide ongoing in-service education with clinical staff on our products and services related to safety, sustainability, efficiency, compliance, and education.
  • Assist with waste policy capture, design, review, annual assessment, and policy adjustment aligned with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Support the development and execution of customer account strategies.
  • Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers.
  • Develop a blueprint for key accounts.
  • Project manage and problem solve.
  • Provide product expertise across our full service offering.
