We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator who aligns with our core values of believing in what's possible, exhibiting a solution-oriented mindset, and taking initiative in driving projects forward.

This role will be essential in managing our inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating overseas shipments, and ensuring that our supply chain operations are both efficient and effective.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a passion for solving problems and advancing our logistics processes.

  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to guarantee on-time deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts, aligning with operational needs.
  • Schedule and manage shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Managing wholesale orders
  • Collaborate with shipping carriers to track shipments and address any delays or issues.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage international shipments, including handling customs documentation and compliance.
  • Partner with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth cross-border logistics.
  • Monitor international shipments and resolve any related issues or delays.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance, reflecting a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related inquiries and issues, demonstrating initiative in problem resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure a seamless logistics experience.
  • Address and resolve any logistics-related concerns promptly, exhibiting a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
