POSITION: Billing/Clerical Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage billing and clerical tasks
  • Track and report daily activities
  • Collect and process data for reports
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and in-person
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain positive customer relationships
  • Assist with scheduling appointments
  • Perform filing, photocopying, and printing tasks

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Ability to manage high volumes of data
  • Ability to manage demanding workloads and meet deadlines as required
  • Ability to problem solve, be inquisitive, and have passion to resolve issues with little supervision
  • Ensure all paperwork and daily activities are completed accurately and on-time
  • Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-tasked environment
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Have the desire to support all team members and be amenable to cross-train in all office activities
  • Previous administrative experience or office experience is a must

Shift:

Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (Subject to change)
