Office Coordinator

POSITION: Billing/Clerical Administration
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage billing and clerical tasks
- Track and report daily activities
- Collect and process data for reports
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and in-person
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain positive customer relationships
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Perform filing, photocopying, and printing tasks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to manage high volumes of data
- Ability to manage demanding workloads and meet deadlines as required
- Ability to problem solve, be inquisitive, and have passion to resolve issues with little supervision
- Ensure all paperwork and daily activities are completed accurately and on-time
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, multi-tasked environment
- Reliable and dependable
- Have the desire to support all team members and be amenable to cross-train in all office activities
- Previous administrative experience or office experience is a must
Shift:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm (Subject to change)
