Job Summary

The Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to our team at The Learning Experience Children's Centre LTD. This role involves maintaining the organization, coordination, and implementation of various administrative tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have a college education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage digital databases
• Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
• Provide customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints
• Schedule and confirm appointments and oversee the preparation of reports
• Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements

• College/CEGEP education
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
