About the role

As a Sales Development Representative for Investment Solutions, you will play a critical part in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to fuel our growth strategy.

Your primary focus will be on proactively contacting potential clients across various channels to introduce them to our comprehensive range of investment solutions. By doing so, you will not only increase awareness of our offerings but also nurture high-potential leads up the segmentation ladder.

Your key responsibilities

  • Make targeted outbound calls and engage in strategic conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor our solutions accordingly.
  • Develop strong relationships with Regional Directors (Outside Wholesalers), Business Development Associates, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective lead generation.
  • Create and execute ongoing sales campaigns that align with our business objectives and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

About you

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, combined with 3-5 years of sales experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and qualifying new leads, as well as a proven ability to build credibility and rapport with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment solutions, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
