Grenville, a leading provider of office technologies and managed print services in Canada, offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join their sales team as an Associate Sales Representative.

This entry-level sales role is designed for strong-minded individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and advance into an Account Executive position within six to eighteen months based on their achievements.

The company provides an in-house training and development program, uncapped income opportunity, protected territory, and a tremendous opportunity for advancement. Successful candidates will receive a monthly draw against commissions.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new business opportunities through multiple levels of contacts at perspective customers
  • Negotiate and close new business opportunities while introducing the full Grenville value proposition
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals based on client goals and requirements to secure net new business
  • Sell full line of Canon, HP, Konica Minolta, and Lexmark printers and MFP's to customers with less than two MFP's
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas

Skills/Qualifications:

  • A strong desire to win, achieve goals, and be rewarded based on results
  • 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, customer service, or retail sales industry
  • Ability to build complex solutions including equipment, services, and financing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. A 100% commission structure ensures that successful candidates can earn significantly higher salaries.
