Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Service Billing Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely invoicing, maintaining documentation, and resolving issues related to administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process credit card payments and resolve issues arising from administrative functions
  • Produce reports and metrics as requested by management
  • Review purchase orders and assist with reviewing documents for billing issues
  • Update the Billing Manager regarding any inconsistencies or challenges

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of office administration experience
  • Post-secondary education (technical diploma or degree)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel, Pivot table, Word, etc.)
  • Proficiency in French and English is required
