Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in Dorval. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of customer activities, order management, and inventory control.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of products and services offered by our company and take advantage of training opportunities to enhance your knowledge.
  • Support the Branch Manager in achieving annual and monthly operating goals by working collaboratively with internal partners (operations, sales teams) to achieve sales and operations objectives.
  • Follow up on new and existing customer orders, including determining customer needs, product selection, upselling, and order entry and fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse and coordinate with the outside sales team to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Support the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team members with price discrepancies, shipping issues, and account problems.
  • Review open and back orders daily, follow up with suppliers as needed, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in an office setting
  • Proven self-starter and team player with excellent communication skills (English and French)
  • Knowledge of retail sales and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
