Service Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to existing customers
- Provide product information, pricing in the form of quotations and invoices
- Enter customer orders into Sage300
- Communicate with customers and answer any concerns or questions they may have
- Delivery scheduling, maintenance of customer information and price lists
Qualifications:
- Bilingual, French and English
- Experience on Sage300 system
- Good Excel skills
- Able to work with Microsoft Office
- Experience working with company inventory
- Working in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary:
