Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare team members, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative assistance to patients and staff.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, charts, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 graduation and completion of a recognized secretarial program, including medical transcription.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
