We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant operations.

SalaryThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
Job DescriptionAs a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that our customers receive prompt and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze sales data and make informed decisions about menu pricing and promotions
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking
- Manage staff performance and provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
