Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the management of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash handling.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending and stooping.
