Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 41 Park Avenue East Holdings Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive reputation.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently.
Supervision: The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising 1 to 20 people, depending on the restaurant's size and needs.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods. They must have excellent attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, be reliable, and have the ability to work in a team environment. They must also be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Term: This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
