About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Supervision: The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising 1 to 20 people, depending on the restaurant's size and needs.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods.
Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Work Term: This is a permanent position, and the work language is English. The work hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
