We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 41 Park Avenue East Holdings Inc. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role and drive business growth.
About the RoleThe Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Strategy: Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee skills and provide feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with products and services to maintain profitability.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and customers.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
The Restaurant Operations Manager will supervise a team of 1-20 employees, depending on the restaurant's size and operational needs.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThis role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines. The candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
Personal SuitabilityThe ideal candidate should possess excellent oral communication skills, be reliable, and have the ability to multitask. They should also be client-focused, dependable, organized, and a team player.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as recognized employer status, permanent work term, and a 30-40 hour workweek.
