Job Responsibilities- **Direct and Control Daily Operations:** Oversee the daily activities of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
- **Evaluate Daily Operations:** Assess the performance of the store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- **Plan and Organize Daily Operations:** Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- **Manage Staff and Assign Duties:** Supervise and direct staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
- **Determine Merchandise and Services to be Sold:** Analyze market trends and customer needs to determine the types of merchandise and services to be offered.
- **Implement Price and Credit Policies:** Develop and implement pricing and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:** Create and execute marketing plans to promote the store and its products.
- **Resolve Issues:** Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- **Fast-paced Environment:** Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills.
- **Attention to Detail:** Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
- **Education:** College/CEGEP
- **Experience:** 2 years to less than 3 years
- **Work Setting:** Fabric store
