Clothing Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clothing Store Manager to join our team at Jaggi Baggi Exclusive Store Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clothing store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, assigning duties, and evaluating daily performance.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.
