Clothing Store Manager

We are a leading fashion retailer seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our clothing store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Direct and control daily store operations to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Evaluate store performance regularly and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Merchandising and Inventory
- Determine the types and quantities of merchandise to be sold in the store, based on customer demand and sales trends.
- Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive excellent service and support, including resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve store operations and customer service.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as business or fashion.
- Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
