Administrative Services Coordinator

We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. They will establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines. Additionally, they will administer policies related to record release, coordinate office services, assist in budget preparation, and maintain inventory controls.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to optimize workflow
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Administer policies related to record release and coordinate with relevant parties
- Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administrative services coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and other relevant software

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
