Parts, Accessories and Apparels Business and Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Parts, Accessories and Apparels Business and Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics and supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to our valued dealer network and internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and process critical requests promptly and efficiently.
- Act in the best interest of the dealer and take necessary steps to resolve issues related to shipping, orders, and deliveries.
- Conduct research and allocate credits for incomplete shipments, returns, and transport fees.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our sales force for all shipping, order, and delivery-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Experience in customer service with knowledge of order-to-delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Bilingual English/French; additional languages a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of supply chain operations and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of SAP and dealer management systems an asset.
