At BRP, we're on a mission to revolutionize the world of recreational vehicles and boats. As a Logistics Project Lead, you'll play a vital role in driving our success by optimizing our supply chain and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the impact of new model introductions on warehouse space, packaging, labor, transportation, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that drive business growth.
  • Optimize finished goods inventory, minimizing warehouse space and manpower requirements.
  • Identify and analyze budget requirements for various projects, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives related to parts transportation, packaging, inventory management, logistics labor, and warehousing capacity.
  • Work closely with the local team to maintain finished goods inventory in a FIFO concept.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest logistical knowledge and best practices for electric vehicles.
  • Foster strong communication and teamwork with the local team.
  • Continuously improve current tools and processes for scenario analysis and logistics calculations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations/logistics management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills and experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (Spanish is an asset).
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to various audiences.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
  • Available to travel abroad 3-4 times a year.
