Process Improvement Lead, Global Parts and Accessories

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our team at BRP. As a key enabler, you will promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, driving business outcomes and sustainability.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing specific projects, ensuring results are captured, and changes are owned by sponsors and sustained. You will lead workshops, provide knowledge transfer, and work closely with managers to identify high-priority areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take process improvements to the next level in the organization.
- Ensure business improvement objectives are clearly defined and provide support in planning resources for projects.
- Define, document, and assess business processes, identifying areas for potential improvement and streamlining operations.
- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements, evaluate current processes, and develop innovative solutions.
- Support project sponsors in problem-solving, decision-making, and resource allocation.
- Expand leadership networks and demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure business ownership of implementation and delivery of expected value.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and continuous improvements, including Lean and business model definition.
- Ability to influence across internal and external networks to ensure delivery of value.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a focus on both detail and big-picture thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of BRP's core functions, including sales, marketing, operations, transportation, network operations, finance, or I&T.
- Knowledge of financial analysis and business valuation.
