Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
  • Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
  • Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
  • Perform motor vehicle licensing administration.
  • Administer vehicle inventory.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

Requirements

  • Must have daytime/evening and weekend availability.
  • May be required to work on Saturdays as per business needs.
  • A reliable motor vehicle is considered an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
  • Reception and/or dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Temporary - Part Time/Casual (6 month contract)

Salary: $17.20 per hour
