Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Administrator to join our team at Performance Auto Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
- Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
- Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
- Perform motor vehicle licensing administration.
- Administer vehicle inventory.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
- Must have daytime/evening and weekend availability.
- May be required to work on Saturdays as per business needs.
- A reliable motor vehicle is considered an asset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience required.
- Reception and/or dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Temporary - Part Time/Casual (6 month contract)
