Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn-St. Catharines. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Requisition materials and supplies, maintaining a well-stocked front desk area.
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college or CEGEP education an asset.
