Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with 2+ years of experience in field sales management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively while managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading financial institution, leveraging cutting-edge solutions to promote and educate consumers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing effective leadership to the sales team, setting clear expectations, performance goals, and offering regular feedback to help team members excel in their roles
  • Conducting proactive coaching to drive results and ensure high-performance levels among existing staff
  • Leading the successful onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they graduate at a high-performing level with excellent product knowledge
  • Working under the guidance of the Territory Manager to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region
  • Analyzing sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years of sales and management experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with senior leadership to identify strategic solutions
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage high performance consistently
  • Ability to travel within various regions/store locations as needed for training, mentoring, and field visits
  • Reliable access to a vehicle
