Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Horizon Maritime. As a key member of our operational headquarters, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior leadership team and ensuring the smooth operation of our marine services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and events
  • Provide administrative support, including typing, dictation, and spreadsheet creation
  • Manage travel logistics and activities for senior executives
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
  • Perform general office management duties, including scheduling board rooms and arranging catering
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity supporting multiple managers and team members
  • Completion of post-secondary office/business administration certification or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Service-oriented with sound personal and professional judgement
