Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Mauser Packaging Solutions is a leading industrial packaging distribution company, offering a broad portfolio of packaging solutions to help customers move products safely and efficiently. We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager to execute our sales plan in the South Texas and Louisiana territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and expand our existing customer base across all product lines to achieve growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot quality and customer service issues, identifying solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a robust prospect pipeline, preparing proposals, submitting quotes, and authoring sales reports.
  • Source raw materials, such as empty containers, and determine efficient shipping methods for order fulfillment.
  • Communicate our brand identity and implement company initiatives to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five years of B2B industrial sales or distribution sales experience, preferably with industrial-oriented UN packaging.
  • A bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant industry experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and effective listening skills.
  • Strong sales hunter mentality with a passion to succeed.
  • Strong prospecting and account qualification skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of financial and business plans.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with senior management and plant-level employees.
  • Comfortable working in office, factory, and warehouse environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment with strong problem-solving, prioritization, and reaction skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to travel 15-20% of the time.
  • Bi-lingual (English and French) a plus.
