Job Summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers in your designated territory, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their equipment rental and sales needs
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to ensure continued growth and success
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the heavy equipment and construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the equipment rental and sales market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
