About the Opportunity

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review and respond to electronic mail, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including word processing, data input, and closing repair orders.
  • Coordinate and process customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Assist in scheduling customer vehicle service and maintenance appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in customer service and administration.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or reception.
  • Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for excellence in execution.
  • Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven commitment to quality of work.
