Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our front-of-house service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Greet and seat guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process payments and handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Alberta ProServe certificate.
