Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

Location: Kananaskis Village, Alberta, Canada

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Server to join our team at the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience, and working collaboratively with our front-of-house service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and present bills in a timely fashion.
  • Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with serving and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Adhere to all relevant health department rules and regulations, as well as customer service guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for excellent guest service.
  • Well-organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Valid Alberta ProServe certificate.
  • Previous hospitality experience considered an asset.
