Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at The Venue Music Sportsbar & Grill. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Taking and Service: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and meet customer needs.
  • Special Requests: Assist customers with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or special occasions.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
