Job Description

In this hands-on learning environment, you'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support from experienced professionals. You'll master customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, while cultivating essential relationships with customers and partners. Responsibilities

You'll be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In this role, you'll:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business, including customer needs and market trends
  • Master the skills necessary to run a branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and drive sales growth

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited Canadian University or international equivalent recognized by WES and/or Citizenship Canada
  • 6 months of cumulative experience in sales & customer service, leadership, or related fields
  • A valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions within the last 5 years
  • Authorization to work in Canada and not require sponsorship for this position
