Job Summary
We are seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth through commercial strategy and deal review processes. You will work closely with our global commercial director and regional teams to ensure global consistency and maximize the Veolia value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial direction on opportunities to align them with regional and global priorities.
- Drive growth and profitable opportunities by challenging teams to expand the Veolia portfolio offering and market pricing.
- Create a culture of customer centricity built on best practices, value generation, industry knowledge, and expertise.
- Support regional teams to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and mitigate business risks, owning associated deal reviews.
- Be an advocate of combined T&S and Service deals and coordinate such deals.
- Chair global Win calls as required.
- Bid management of key global deals as required.
- Identify training and coaching opportunities with regional teams around commercial strategy and risk evaluation.
- Coach, mentor, develop, and manage the performance of direct and indirect staff in support of profitable growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 10 years of industry experience in sales or commercial functions.
- Previous experience in extended-scope structured projects, long-term services, water outsourcing contracts, and projects with financing.
- Excellent customer focus, commitment to execution, influencing skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and engaged leadership.
